It’s that time of year again where we let go of our past diets, fads and angst aside and revisit all the culinary classics that we adore from Christmas pudding to stuffed turkey or even a freshly caught Fruit de Mers. We thought we’d throw in a few gift ideas to help with the mammoth task of Christmas shopping & free up that valuable time up for… well for drinking good wines and cocktails, what else!?

Christmas Menu


TO START
Chilled cucumber soup, smoked salmon, crème fraîche

Caramelised pork, apple & sage terrine, celeriac
remoulade, cornichons, toasted sour dough

Red onion & goats cheese tart tatin, rocket,
honey thyme & sherry vinegar dressing

 

IN THE MIDDLE
Parma ham wrapped turkey breast, sausage
& sage stuffing, polenta, cranberry jus

Mushroom, leek & chestnut risotto,
mascarpone, crispy leeks, truffle pecorino

Butterfield beef scotch fillet, Madeira mushroom
ragout, chips & red wine jus

Herb crusted salmon fillet, crab
pepperade, saffron potatoes


TO FINISH

Christmas pudding parfait, custard,
plum compote, hazelnut shortbread

Sticky toffee pudding, butterscotch
sauce, vanilla ice-cream

Cheese plate, selection of three
