Make Your Own Gin!


Join us for one of the most unique gin masterclasses Perth has to offer! Our ‘Make Your Own Gin’ class allows you to produce your very own bespoke Gin, whilst delving into the unique world of flavours and botanicals.

During the class, not only will you learn about the different varieties of gin, but you will get to taste a selection from around the world and learn how to make your very own gin at home! A good party trick to add to the collection!

Classes are around two hours long including share plates, a jar of your freshly created gin and a whole lot of fun!

This will be our last Make Your Own Gin class until next year!

French Brandy Masterclass

There are many different brandies produced throughout the world, however there is only one ‘Cognac’ and ‘Armagnac’.

Join us for a Masterclass with Cerbaco as we learn about what makes these distilled grape elixirs so special. Starting from the King of Brandy, Cognac in Northern Bordeaux and continue to one of the most noble and most ancient of brandies, Armagnac – the spirited brandy of Southern France produced in the region of Gascony, home of the “Three Musketeers”.

Expect Cognac’s & Armagnac’s accompanied with delicious cheeses whilst learning an insight into the world of brandies with your French teacher & Brand Ambassador, Alex, from Cerbaco.

The Swinneys vs the Sexy Beasts of the Land & Sea

It’s nearly Christmas season and we’re kicking it off in style with a four course wine dinner with the Swinneys!

Swinney Vineyards is a family winegrowing concern located in the Frankland River region of the Great Southern in Western Australia. The vineyards are part of remote and isolated 2,500 (approx. 6,000 acres) hectare grape growing and grazing property which has been the home of the Swinney family for four generations.

The four course dinner includes food presentations from Patridges Seafood & Ryans Quality Meats teamed with a selection of delicious wines to match! Round up your friends as this one is not to be missed!
