Session 1 – Sparkling Wine Demystified

What is sparkling wine, really? We kick off with the fundamentals: how it’s made (from Méthode Traditionnelle to Tank and beyond), what makes it sparkle, and why styles vary across the globe. Learn to tell Prosecco from Pet-Nat and the difference between elegance and exuberance.

Session 2 – Champagne, Cracking the Code

Pop the cork on Champagne’s history, regions, and classification systems. We break down the grapes, the houses, the growers, the labels — and what makes this region so iconic. Expect blind tastings and insider knowledge that go far beyond the basics. 

Session 3 –  Beyond the Bubbles – Cava, Crémant, Sekt & the New World

Not all great sparkling wine comes from Champagne. In this session, we explore quality fizz from Spain, France, Germany, and the New World, discovering regional specialities, unique grapes, and innovative winemakers changing the sparkling wine landscape.

Session 4 –  Blind Tasting & Afternoon Tea Celebration

Time to put your palate to the test. You’ll complete a guided blind tasting assessment (no pressure… just bubbles!) while enjoying a curated afternoon tea offering to match. Consider this a mini celebration of everything you’ve learned.
